Hesap ve veri silme

Garaj hesabını ve sana ait verileri bu sayfadaki iki yoldan biriyle silebilirsin.

Uygulamadan silmek (en hızlı yol)

  1. Garaj uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
  2. Sol üstteki menüye dokun, Ayarlar’ı aç.
  3. Sayfanın en altındaki Hesabımı sil seçeneğine dokun.
  4. Uyarıyı oku, onay için kullanıcı adını yaz ve Sil’e dokun. Hesabın hemen silinir ve oturumun kapanır.

E-postayla silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (telefonunu kaybettiysen ya da uygulamayı sildiysen), hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden iletisim@ornek.com adresine “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönder ve kullanıcı adını yaz. Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra hesabını en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz ve sana haber veririz.

Neler silinir

  • Hesabın, e-posta adresin ve kullanıcı adın
  • Profil fotoğrafın, biyografin ve profil özelleştirmelerin
  • Çektiğin bütün araba fotoğrafları ve koleksiyon kartların
  • Gönderilerin, yorumların, beğenilerin, mesajların ve kulüp sohbet mesajların
  • Puanların, rozetlerin, görev ilerlemen, sticker bakiyen, arkadaşlıkların ve kulüp üyeliğin
  • Bildirim anahtarların ve karıştırılmış cihaz kayıtların

Neler saklanabilir

  • Vergi ve tüketici mevzuatı gereği saklamamız gereken satın alma kayıtları (sipariş numarası, ürün, tarih), yasal süre boyunca saklanır.
  • Silinen veriler yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde kaldırılır.

Dikkat: Hesap silme geri alınamaz. Satın aldığın stickerlar, VIP üyeliğin ve Butik ürünlerin de silinir; aktif bir aboneliğin varsa önce Google Play → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal etmeyi unutma.

Sadece bazı verileri silmek

Hesabını kapatmadan da tek tek silebilirsin: gönderilerini ve kartlarını uygulama içinden silebilir, fotoğraflarının herkese açık olup olmadığını Ayarlar → “Çektiğim fotoğraflar herkese açık” seçeneğinden değiştirebilirsin. Başka bir verinin silinmesini istiyorsan iletisim@ornek.com adresine yaz.

Account & data deletion

You can delete your Garaj account and your data in either of the two ways below.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Garaj app and sign in.
  2. Tap the menu in the top left and open Ayarlar (Settings).
  3. Tap Hesabımı sil (Delete my account) at the bottom of the page.
  4. Read the warning, type your username to confirm and tap Sil (Delete). Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app (for example you lost your phone or uninstalled the app), email iletisim@ornek.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request” and include your username. After verifying your identity we delete the account within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

  • Your account, email address and username
  • Your profile photo, bio and profile customisations
  • All car photos you took and your collection cards
  • Your posts, comments, likes, messages and club chat messages
  • Your points, badges, mission progress, sticker balance, friendships and club membership
  • Your notification tokens and hashed device records

What may be kept

  • Purchase records (order number, product, date) that tax and consumer law require us to keep are retained for the legal period.
  • Deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.

Please note: deletion cannot be undone. Purchased stickers, VIP membership and Boutique items are deleted too. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Google Play → Subscriptions.

Deleting only some data

You can also delete things without closing your account: remove posts and cards inside the app, and change whether your photos are public in Settings. To have any other data deleted, write to iletisim@ornek.com.
